SportNest provides paid club websites, club administration, payment tracking, media, enquiry and related digital tools for sports clubs. SportNest is a trading name of Vasprenza Systems Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17202889.

These terms apply to clubs, club administrators, authorised users and public visitors who access SportNest websites, club pages, dashboards, forms or services.

Clubs are responsible for keeping admin login details secure, choosing suitable administrators, removing access when people leave, and ensuring that information published through the dashboard is accurate and lawful.

SportNest club websites are billed according to the plan shown at checkout or on the written order confirmation. Club member payments inside SportNest websites use the GoCardless processing rate only, normally 1% plus 20p, unless GoCardless changes its pricing.

Clubs are responsible for all content they upload or publish, including logos, photos, player/member details, email addresses, sponsor materials, news, venue hire listings, match reports and payment information. Clubs must only upload content and personal data they own, have permission to use, or have a lawful basis to process.

SportNest aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, hosting issues, payment provider issues or internet problems may affect access from time to time.

We may suspend or restrict access where a full website subscription payment is overdue, misuse is suspected, content appears unlawful, security is at risk, GoCardless access is misused, or these terms are seriously breached.

SportNest is provided as a club website and administration platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damage, incorrect club content, or issues caused by third-party services.
