We may collect club contact details, administrator details, website or payment-portal signup information, support messages, enquiry form submissions, venue hire enquiries, player/member names and emails added by clubs, payment request and payment status records, subscription records, usage data, uploaded content and technical information such as device, browser and log data.

We use information to provide and maintain club websites, send payment links and reminders, notify clubs about payments, manage website subscriptions, send enquiries to clubs, provide support, process signups, secure accounts, improve SportNest and comply with legal obligations.

Where clubs upload player, member, parent, sponsor, venue hire, payment or enquiry information, the club may be the data controller and SportNest may act as a processor. Clubs should make sure they have a lawful basis and permission to provide that information to SportNest.

We may use providers such as hosting, Supabase database/authentication, Resend email delivery, GoCardless payment processing, Stripe subscription billing for full websites, analytics, database and support service providers. These providers only receive information needed to provide their services.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide SportNest, manage legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and support club account administration. Clubs can request export or deletion of their data when leaving the platform.

Depending on the situation, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of their personal data. Requests can be sent to hello@sportnest.co.uk.
